Shipping in US
We use USPS and UPS with tracking to ship within the United States. Your order will ship within 7 days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us before ordering to ensure this is possible and note this may incur additional rush shipping charges.
Pre-orders will ship by the date on the listing.
Prints sized 11” x 14” and under ship flat in a rigid mailer.
Prints sized 16” x 20” and larger ship rolled in a sturdy tube.If your package is lost in transit contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If a package is refused upon delivery or returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the fees to reship the package.

All Paintings and Prints are final sale. If you’re unsure about a piece before purchase or have further questions, please contact info@annetochka.com Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if there is a problem. If the package is visibly damaged on arrival do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
